Pioneer 3D is committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our 3D print customers! That’s why once you’ve received an original artwork, we’ll give you seven (7) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep the product or return it for a refund. Any commissioned items are not available for return. The customer is in charge of shipping costs incurred for the return. Once we receive the item, a full refund will be made. All works must be in original condition in order for a return to be finalized.
Please allow for 1-2 days before any item is packaged and shipped. All items will ship via Canada Post to all provinces within Canada. At this time, international orders are unavailable. Timeframes vary on location and method selected via Canada Post. A wide variety of rates are offered through Canada Post which include Regular Parcel, Expedited, Xpresspost, and Priority Shipping.
